Lorene Scafaria hails from New Jersey where she dabbled in acting, improv, and community college. She previously wrote the screenplay for Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist as well as wrote and directed the film Seeking a Friend for the End of the World starring Steve Carell and Keira Knightley. She most recently worked on the show Ben and Kate and directed an episode of New Girl for Fox.
